We're looking for an experienced
E-Commerce Manager
to take ownership of our online channel. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the digital commerce strategy, growing sales, and ensuring customers enjoy a best-in-class online experience. Working closely with category and product teams, you'll bring together a broad portfolio of products and services to create a streamlined, engaging offer that maximises revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute the e-commerce strategy with a focus on delivering sales growth and achieving business targets
* Partner with marketing, IT, and customer service colleagues to create a smooth and consistent online journey
* Spot opportunities to expand, refine, and improve our e-commerce performance
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the e-commerce platform, including content, pricing, promotions, and stock management
* Use data and customer insights to enhance the user experience and boost conversion rates
* Keep on top of e-commerce and digital marketing trends, applying best practice where relevant
* Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress against goals
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 4 years' experience in e-commerce with a track record of driving online sales
* Third-level qualification in business, marketing or digital marketing (postgraduate level desirable)
* In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing tools
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver on deadlines
* Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
