At the heart of our property transactions lies a crucial role – that of providing day-to-day legal assistance to our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offering in-depth legal guidance to support the LDA's business operations
* Negotiating, reviewing and advising on draft documentation for property deals
* Conducting thorough due diligence on properties and transactions
* Supporting acquisitions of land from public bodies and local authorities
* Supporting disposals of land and affordable housing units
* Providing expert advice on dispute resolution matters, including RTB and Court proceedings
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years PQE in property law with hands-on experience in land acquisitions and disposals
* Able to provide practical, grounded legal advice
* Exercises sound judgment, tact, diplomacy and professionalism
The Successful Candidate Will Be:
* Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization and with leading professionals
* Reporting directly to the Head of Legal or another senior member of the team
