Job Title: Process Mapping Lead
This role involves leading the planning, organization, and facilitation of process mapping workshops across multiple sites.
Job Description
The successful candidate will serve as an expert in process analysis, visualization, and optimization for a project. They will support the creation of comprehensive current and future state process maps.
* The Process Mapping Lead will coordinate with subject matter experts to conduct workshops, capture process details, and support the harmonization of processes across sites.
* They will create SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) for all process maps and develop end-state SIPOCs.
* All risks will be documented in the Current and Future State Process with mitigations documented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead process mapping workshops with SMEs from relevant functions.
* Use tools such as Visio, Signavio, and Business Optix to capture as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) process maps.
* Develop Value Stream Maps and detailed Process Maps across multiple levels.
* Create Data Maps illustrating key data flows within the ecosystem.
* Cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
* Collaborate with the entire Project team to ensure process maps accurately reflect current workflows and future optimization opportunities.
* Engage with SMEs, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate process details.
* Support the alignment of process maps across sites.
* Partner with Business Analysts to translate detailed process maps into user requirements.
* Drive the development of harmonized future-state processes.
* Maintain accurate process documentation and maps.
