Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic guidelines
* Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs and set realistic treatment expectations
* Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience, tailoring treatments accordingly
* Ability to work with sales targets
* Maintain up-to-date client records pre- and post-treatment
* Maintenance and cleaning of all machines
Qualifications and Skills
* Level 3 Beauty qualification or above
* Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not required)
* Team player who works collaboratively
* Positive and friendly attitude with clients
* Attention to detail with client records
* Excellent standards of client experience
