Key Responsibilities
* To develop personalized account strategies for global clients prioritizing incremental growth.
* To build multi-platform relationships with strategic accounts and stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster collaboration.
Leadership Development:
* To lead and develop a highly productive sales team focused on delivering results with our strategic accounts.
* To train and guide the sales team to develop their skills and performance, with a focus on consultative selling, added value, and data analysis.
Sales Growth and Value:
* To lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
* To deliver monthly and annual sales targets and profitability objectives.
* To identify new growth areas and manage a portfolio of new opportunities across all strategic accounts.
Customer Support:
* To assume a leadership role within strategic accounts and be the voice of the customer within our organization.
* To deepen our understanding of customer challenges and opportunities through high levels of customer participation, corporate research, and analysis.
Market Monitoring:
* To review global dairy trends, customer needs, and competition.
* To provide feedback to internal teams on product development and innovation.
