About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will support the store's daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of O'Brien's, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring smooth store operations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Complete tasks assigned by management to high standards, following company policies.
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitude.
* Operate the till system accurately and handle transactions.
* Keep stock levels updated and well-organized.
* Maintain high merchandising standards to ensure the store is presentable.
* Stay informed about product knowledge to assist customers better.

* Availability to work weekends and Monday to Wednesday.
