Medium Sized Engineering Contractor Seeks Accounts Technician
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician to join our team in Dublin. Our company is involved in a variety of interesting building projects, including commercial refurbishment, industrial developments, pharma, healthcare and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable invoices daily for all business entities.
* Conduct creditor reconciliations on a regular basis.
* Make monthly creditor payments and manage bank and petty cash reconciliations.
* Prepare VAT returns and RCT returns accurately and efficiently.
* Work with journals, purchases ledgers and spreadsheets to maintain accurate financial records.
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.
* Perform office administration duties as required.
* Ensure timely completion of monthly AP close processes.
* Manage Sub Contractors RCT dealings effectively.
Requirements:
* Apart from formal qualification, a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role is mandatory.
* Excellent MS Office skills are necessary.
* Maintain a high level of integrity and trust throughout your work.
