The Commercial Project Manager is integral to enabling the expansion and future revenue growth for the Commercial B2C portfolio. As a key member of the B2C Transformation and Commercial team this role is expected to challenge the status quo and lead in the delivery of major projects across the Commercial portfolio, together with the delivery of the B2C Capital Investment Program, that enables scalable growth.

The role is critical to the future success and growth of Commercial and is responsible for the management and delivery of a portfolio of projects, navigating projects through the various governance approval process, financial modelling, wider stakeholder engagement and delivery (internal & external), ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget and in turn maximising Commercial impact.

This role enables our Commercial ambition to deliver revenue and budgetary targets and ensure that we are delivering product enhancements and launch new offerings across Car Parks, Lounges, Platinum Services and Airport Club, that enable such growth.

* Lead in the delivery of key strategic projects and the Commercial B2C Capital Investment Programme of c.€80m.

* Manage all aspects of project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring implementation at pace.

* Identify and apply new and innovative approaches to project management.

* Develop robust business case, financial analysis, evaluate, and manage commercial risk ensuring optimal commercial outcome for projects.

* Direct and manage internal corporate governance and approval process, consistently improving and refining to ensure projects are delivered at pace.

* Develop detailed project plans, performance metrics, risk analysis and reporting tools for each project

* Lead in the preparation and delivery of reports and updates to Executive Management and Board of DAA

* Develop strong professional relationships and ways of working with Dept. Heads across B2C.

* Research and conduct analytic analysis and critical thinking to maximise commercial opportunity and revenue value for B2C portfolio.

* Deliver strong commercial propositions and lead in negotiations with contract partners.

* Develop, build, and maintain strong networks and working relationships across a range of key internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Legal etc), motivating and delivering results from cross functional teams.

* Establish strong business relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders and contractors.

* Focus on the future, find and exploit market opportunities to ensure continual growth of B2C portfolio.
