Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Hard Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of building services across our site.
The Hard Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all critical systems remain operational, compliant, and adequately protect the site at all times. This includes managing planned and reactive maintenance, supporting industrial cleaning operations, ensuring vendor performance, and maintaining security systems that keep the facility secure and audit ready.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and life-cycle replacement programmes across lifts, fire alarms, HVAC systems.
