Job Title: Bar Manager
Hotel in Letterkenny is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations.
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple bar areas.
* Lead, train and motivate a team of 15-20 bar staff.
* Coordinate with kitchen and hotel departments to maintain seamless service.
This role offers a clear pathway into Hotel Management, including potential promotion into Duty Manager or Operations Manager.
* Previous experience in bar management or a senior bar supervisory role.
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume operation and large team.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
