The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Marketing Manager who’s as passionate about growth and community as we are. You’ll take ownership of our online growth and community engagement, running campaigns end-to-end, nurturing our team, and turning vision into results. You’ll work directly with the founders, get involved in everything, and see your impact every day.

What You’ll Do

* Plan and lead major campaigns and activations: You’ll own the strategy, planning, and execution of key launches and brand moments-such as new product drops, retail activations, and major seasonal campaigns. This means bringing together all channels (social, paid, email, influencer, PR), collaborating with agencies and partners, organising shoots and creative assets, and making sure every campaign lands with impact.
* Oversee and execute ongoing content and community strategy: You’ll develop and manage our rolling content calendar, leading idea generation, mini-campaigns, and UGC initiatives that keep our community engaged every day. This includes regular content planning, coordinating with creators, and ensuring our daily marketing activity is fresh, relevant, and always on-brand.
* Foster and grow The Head Plan community: Develop creative and consistent ways to engage, support, and activate our community-turning customers into true brand advocates. You’ll manage and evolve our newsletter, blog, and CRM communications; nurture loyalty and affiliate programmes; and regularly seek out new opportunities for authentic, two-way interaction. Your goal is to build a thriving, active community that feels supported, valued, and inspired to share their Head Plan journey with others.
* Optimise and report: Track what’s working, what’s not, and iterate quickly-using data to guide decisions and celebrate wins.
* Coach and nurture: Lead by example, support junior team members, and bring out the best in everyone you work with.
* Champion The Head Plan voice and standards: Ensure everything we share is on-brand, authentic, and meaningful.
* Collaborate closely with founders and the team to brainstorm, problem-solve, and keep the brand moving forward-fast.

What You Bring

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; a Master’s or further qualifications are an advantage.
* Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a track record in consumer, e-commerce, lifestyle, or wellness brands. You’ve owned and executed campaigns, not just supported from the sidelines.
* Real, hands-on experience: You’ve delivered campaigns (big and small) yourself, ideally for a fast-growing consumer, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand.
* Full-funnel marketer: Comfortable with everything from content planning and social posting, to paid ads, email marketing, influencer outreach, and analytics.
* Community mindset: You know how to engage, nurture, and grow a passionate customer base, and you thrive on building two-way relationships.
* Ambitious & resilient: You want to make a difference and are comfortable with pace, change, and the realities of a small, high-energy team.
* Organised & proactive: Able to manage projects, meet deadlines, and juggle competing priorities with energy and positivity.
* Data-driven: You can track, interpret, and learn from results-adjusting tactics as you go.
* Team player & natural coach: You motivate, nurture, and collaborate well with others-lifting the team up as you go.
