Junior Quantity Surveyor Osborne Recruitment are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team in Dublin 22.
This is a full-time permanent position based fully onsite.
Location: Dublin 22 Salary:€45-60k DOE Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 16.30 and Friday 08.30-15.00 Requirements: Third level qualification is an advantage but not necessary if they have previous experience within the industry in a similar role Experience in the scaffolding industry is not required Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team Shows initiative and motivated Good command/full understanding of the English language Irish industry experience is essential Responsibilities: Complete monthly progress applications Costings in terms of labour and value of work Assist in project cash management Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor on tasks on larger scale projects Be responsible for own set of projects Work alongside Contracts Managers to generate quotations If youre a practical, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, wed love to hear from you.
