We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our school team as an School Facilities Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the school premises, working closely with the Building Supervisors to ensure the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Building Supervisors with daily tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of the school premises.
* Support the Bursar with on-site premises supervision and security services, ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.
* Participate as part of a team to support overall teaching and school activities, including events and functions.
Essential Criteria:
* Practical DIY skills to carry out minor repairs and maintain equipment.
* Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in a similar role or in a related field, such as facilities management.
* Experience liaising with contractors and external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
