The Role
You'll lead a high-performing team, ensuring seamless workflow, exceptional customer service, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to drive productivity and customer-first culture.
* Oversight of customer service standards ensures quick resolution of enquiries and continuous improvement.
* Streamline workflows between sales, warehouse, and production to maximize efficiency.
* Monitor and improve operational processes to ensure health, safety, and quality compliance.
* Manage key performance indicators and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements: 5 years of proven experience in operations management with strong leadership and customer service skills. Background in industrial supplies or similar sector required. Key skills include workflow optimisation, team development, and problem-solving. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, as well as knowledge of health & safety standards is essential. Preferred Training in leadership, customer service, or process improvement such as Lean Six Sigma.
