About the Role
Tech Spectrum is supporting its client in recruiting a
Community Assistant
to help manage online and offline community engagement. This role is well-suited for a proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships and supporting community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the growth and engagement of online communities.
* Respond to community inquiries and provide assistance.
* Assist with organizing community events or virtual meetups.
* Monitor community feedback and share insights with the team.
* Help prepare updates, newsletters, and community-focused content.
Qualifications
* Must be based in
Ireland
with legal right to work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
* Comfortable using social media, online forums, or community platforms.
* Prior community engagement or customer support experience is a plus.
