As a Regulatory Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal guidance on the most exciting legal issues arising from disruptive technological innovations. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and advise on products that will not only move information into the 21st century but also move information law forward.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyzing and interpreting laws and other compliance obligations into requirements for Compliance, Business, Product, and Engineering teams.

* Providing legal advice on compliance programs and policies to help mitigate risk.

* Collaborating across the company to support, advise, coordinate legal strategy and find solutions.

* Managing government and regulator discussions, agreements, and disclosures on compliance readiness efforts.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
You will need deep expertise in domain and experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders. You should have 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. Preferred qualifications include 10 years of experience with legal, regulatory or corporate compliance, including strategically addressing, minimizing and avoiding regulatory risk.
