HR Generalist - Monaghan - Permanent MCS Group is delighted to be working with a market-leading FMCG based in Monaghan, who are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support key areas across the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities Manage absence processes including daily and weekly reporting, policy compliance, and welfare meetings Support recruitment from advertisement to onboarding, including conducting interviews and issuing contracts Deliver and support employee engagement initiatives and events Participate in employee relations processes such as investigations, grievances, and probation reviews Maintain HR records and trackers for absence, recruitment, right to work, probation, and more Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related queries, letters, and documentation The Ideal Candidate 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer role Proficient in MS Office and HR-related systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail CIPD-qualified or working towards (advantageous) Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing (advantageous) A team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills What's In It for You?
