Firgrove Hotel, a renowned hospitality establishment in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to work on a section of the kitchen during service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food meets the highest standards of quality and is produced efficiently for our discerning customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment. You should be well-versed in professional cookery and possess excellent time management skills. Additionally, you will be required to work effectively with the head chef and other senior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
