Be part of a team for a Center of Excellence in Dublin, specializing in data acquisition for State Street's reconciliation teams.
Representing EMEA, the team covers the US and APAC, working closely with colleagues across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of data used across various State Street business units
* Becoming subject matter experts for data used in position, trade, and cash reconciliation workflows on accounting and custody platforms
* Developing an understanding of different products traded across business units
* Working with business teams to capture their data and reconciliation requirements
* Sourcing daily production data from internal and external data vendors, including counterparties and custodians
* Managing data connectivity and Straight Through Processing
Tech Requirements:
* Database knowledge, Oracle/SQL
* Familiarity or experience with Cloud technologies, AWS, S3, Snowflake, other
* Data mapping, Data stage, ETL encryption, FTP, error handling, exception management
* SDLC methodologies and tools
* Building reusable metrics to measure performance levels of data ingestion and reconciliation processes
* Dashboarding/KPIs
* Opportunities to apply AI and Machine Learning
