Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Security Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide 2 previous work references.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, communicating effectively with Management, kitchen staff, and customer service staff to ensure effective customer flow.
* Communicate with all customers to ensure quality satisfaction with both food and service, responding promptly to any complaints and bringing issues to the attention of the Manager/Supervisor.
Other Key Requirements:
* Patrol inside and outside of the store premises on a regular cycle, controlling crowds as needed, observing suspicious activities and asking unruly guests to leave the premises.
* Assist with lobby duties, being flexible to work evenings primarily on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including shifts from midnight to 3 or 4 a.m.
* Hold a valid PSA license in Door Supervision and speak fluent or conversational English.
