Job Title: Contractual Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contractual Project Manager to lead the execution, management, and administration of contracts throughout the construction project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing contractual strategy plans in alignment with client requirements and PM Group's scope of services.
* Develop contract strategy plans that align with client objectives and PM Group's project scope.
* Manage procurement and tendering processes for contract works packages.
* Assign packages to Contract Administrators for procurement and award.
* Ensure contract documents are fully executed, returned to correct parties, and copies retained for reference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of contract strategy plans that meet client needs.
* Manage the procurement and tendering process for contract works packages.
* Assign contract packages to Contract Administrators for procurement and award.
* Verify contract document execution and retention.
Requirements:
* Education to Degree Level.
* At least 10 years' experience in Contract Administration.
* Proven ability to contribute to project implementation and contractual strategies for large-scale projects.
