Key Responsibilities:
* Handling phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
* Confirming appointments and processing claims for customers with PRSI or Medical cards
* Assisting customers with contact lens-related queries
* Coordinating administrative tasks such as submitting HSE Medical card claims
