We are a multi-dimensional marketing agency working across a wide range of sectors. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta advertising, and SEO.
This is a fast-paced, results-driven role suited to someone who is confident managing and optimising campaigns across multiple clients and industries, analysing performance data, and continuously improving results.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
* Set up, manage, and analyse data using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
* Create, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
* Develop and implement SEO strategies, including on-page, technical, and content optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
* Manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously across different sectors
* Collaborate with internal teams on strategy, content, and creative execution
* Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, and SEO
* Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking
* Experience working in an agency or multi-account environment
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into improved campaign performance
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable
* Google Ads or Analytics certifications
* Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixels
* Experience across multiple industries or sectors
* Familiarity with reporting dashboards and performance tools
