An opportunity has arisen in our growing Property Management division for a Senior Administrator in our Helpdesk with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience.

They should demonstrate effective communication with all levels and a drive to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing key client relationships
* Handling day-to-day management of reactive maintenance issues at customer sites
* Writing reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
* Coordinating with other Phasor teams to support client service delivery
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Highly organized with the ability to earn client trust
* Minimum 5 years' experience in administration within the service industry or property management, with proven experience in organizing a team of field technicians
* Practical, proactive approach with excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to use personal initiative
* IT competent, preferably with experience in job management software such as JobLogic or similar
* Articulate, professional, and persuasive, with strong verbal, numerical, and report writing skills
* Attention to detail and pride in output quality
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills
* Honest, ethical, and open, maintaining high standards
* Fluent in spoken and written English
