The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT support and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
This role involves responding to customer incidents, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining high communication standards.
Shift patterns include working Monday to Sunday, with a rota of 4 days on and 4 days off, from 5am to 5pm.
