Support Worker Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Navan, Co. Meath. As a Support Worker, you will play a critical role in facilitating and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities across County Meath, helping them achieve their full potential and engage with their communities.
About the Role
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong person-centred vision and will be committed to empowering the individuals we support, promoting a high-quality service that helps them lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily living activities
* Develop and implement individualised support plans
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor's Degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g., Psychology)
* CORU registration or application in process
* Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full, clean manual driving licence
