Site Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social housing projects. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager, and knowledge of Health & Safety.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee project delivery to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Liaise with management levels and lead toolbox talks.
* Conduct risk assessments and adhere to construction drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant Site Cards
* Effective communication skills
* 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager in social housing or residential projects
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
