Dornan is recruiting a Trades Manager to supervise the recruitment and management of our on-site trades personnel. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in providing mechanical & electrical trades for significant projects across Ireland and Europe.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all onsite personnel hold relevant skill sets & training.
* This includes regular communication with site & project managers daily, as well as weekly updates with Dornan's finance & payroll teams.
* Liaise closely with HR team members to ensure correct contracts are implemented effectively.
