Job Title: Senior Pastry Chef Location:Athlone Introduction We are seeking an experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join the culinary team at a luxury 4-star Hotel. This is a busy property with high-volume day and evening trade, weddings, banquets, and corporate functions. The Senior Pastry Chef will take ownership of the pastry section, delivering homemade bakes for breakfast and afternoon service, alongside refined plated desserts for the restaurant and large-scale events. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, consistency, and excellent organisation.
