We specialise in the installation and maintenance of advanced, energy-efficient heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and piping systems.We are now seeking a BIM Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the development and upkeep of fully coordinated, high-quality BIM models that align with project objectives, company standards, and client requirements. This is a full-time, permanent role, based at our head office and warehouse in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11.Job DetailsLead the delivery of BIM strategy across all mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project-specific BIM standards.Oversee the creation, coordination, and delivery of BIM models and associated data throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.Develop, implement, and maintain company BIM standards, templates, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Manage model coordination and clash detection processes across disciplines using Navisworks or equivalent tools.Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related queries from internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Organise and chair BIM coordination meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.Mentor, support, and provide training for BIM Coordinators and Designers within the business.Research, evaluate, and introduce emerging digital construction technologies to enhance productivity and model accuracy.Ensure robust quality control, version management, and effective use of Common Data Environments (CDEs).Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure accuracy, constructability, and consistency of BIM models.RequirementsAt least 5 years' experience in a similar BIM-focused role within the mechanical or building services sector.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360 (or comparable platforms).Strong technical understanding of mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.Solid knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and digital workflows.Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.A proactive mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Please note: We are not accepting applications or CVs from recruitment agencies at this time.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programGym membershipOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeWork Location: In person
