Purpose of the Role
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance across the organisation. This position has been created in response to ever evolving departmental demands and the need for a sustainable and structured approach to service continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational oversight across the Irish Citylink operation, contributing directly to the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
* Record and report all operational incidents, faults, and disruptions in real time.
* Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommend preventative measures.
* Promote and reinforce a strong customer service culture across the team and wider organisation.
* Support strategic initiatives including digital transformation projects such as website development.
* Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
* Monitor live service delivery and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively and consult with other departments.
* Undertake training in line with own personal development needs and business requirements.
* This position requires shift work - 5/7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
