Responsibilities: The Administrator is responsible for the administration of safety data and the administration of sales, dealing with customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily consultancy sales administration activities.Safety Data Administration Duties:Safety Data Co-ordination.Safety Data Entry.Safety Data Completion and Reporting & Monitoring Turnaround Times.Project Supervisor for the Design Phase (PSDP) Safety File preparation and distribution.PSDP Coordination.Developing a centralised library for the Consultancy Dept.Improve PSDP system within Ayrton.Updating PSDP tracker.Updating Safety Documentation Templates that Consultants edit.Filing of Collateral Warranties.Amending documentation and templates used by Safety Consultants within the department.Updating Safety Packs.Printing & Binding Documents.Training Rooms/Canteen/Post as per rota.Sales Administration Duties:Calling clients in finalising sales details.Uploading sales opportunities on Sage CRM from the Head of Sales.Creating information request documents for sales team to provide to clients.Updating previous list of clients to track sales opportunities.Updating Architect lists to pursue sales.Checking prices and contracts are up to date.Running monthly sales results for the sales team.Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.Taking phone calls from customers.Communicating internally important feedback from customers.Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.Requirements:Education:Second level education.
