The role of Assistant Room Service Manager is a key leadership position within our F&B Team.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining to ensure consistently high standards of service, product quality, and presentation in line with Five-Star luxury benchmarks.
* Lead and train the IRD team to deliver exceptional service experiences, conduct regular training sessions, and assist with staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
* Maintain accurate records for inventory management, requisitions, and breakage/loss reporting, supporting accurate billing processes and adhering to all hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
This senior role reports directly to the F&B Operations Manager and demands operational expertise, a strong service ethos, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job.

* Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar capacity.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
