Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accommodation Support Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms daily to hotel standards.
* Change bed linens, make beds, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and replenish amenities.
* Report any maintenance issues, missing items, or damage to the supervisor promptly.
Public Area Maintenance
* Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, staircases, lifts, and guest lounges.
* Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-presented throughout the day.
Linen and Supply Management
* Manage linen trolley and ensure stock of towels, linen, and guest supplies.
* Report low stock levels and request replenishments as needed.
* Assist in laundry duties when required (collecting, sorting, or folding linen).
Guest Interaction and Support
* Greet guests courteously and respond to any requests or queries in a helpful manner.
* Inform the appropriate department of any guest complaints or feedback.
Requirements
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment.
* High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
