Job Description
As a Civil Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects throughout Dublin. Working closely with the project management and director teams, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects. This includes implementing strategic plans, managing cost planning techniques and software to compile data for analysis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on large-scale civil projects and possess strong quantitative surveying skills. They must also be able to prepare long-term cash forecasts and negotiate contracts with clients.
