Barry Group are seeking an experienced and motivated Independent Account Manager to join our Wholesale Team for the Cork and Limerick region. In this role, reporting to the Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
As an Independent Account Manager with Barry Group, Mallow, Co. Cork, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by providing dynamic services that cater to both current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
* Manage account activities, including order processing, delivery coordination, and resolving customer issues.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue and margin targets and KPI's.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
* Strong understanding of wholesale operations and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and results-driven approach.
