We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Maintenance Technician, experienced in general “fix-it / build it” tasks such as:
* Demolition & framing
* Door & window installation
* Drywall repair
* Drywall installation & finishing work
* Painting & staining
* Siding & roofing
* Flooring installations
* Other basic jobs
Additional skills we’re seeking are: minor Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. Applicant must be comfortable interacting with clients also have exceptional customer service skills.
