What You’ll Do
Team Collaboration – Partner with Field Sales and Technical Engineers to build a unified strategy and tackle customer needs together.
Sales Process Management – Use Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline from start to finish. Keep everything transparent and well-documented.
Grow Revenue – Build strong relationships with users, encourage broader adoption, and expand product usage.
Know the Products – Use your deep understanding of our products, services, and workflows to deliver smart, effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Account Planning – Work with Field Sales and Technical Engineers to shape smart strategies for key accounts. Your input will help drive success through well-aligned planning.
Sales & Adoption – Actively seek out new contacts and projects to grow our reach. Show potential customers how our solutions can solve their problems and add value—turning interest into adoption.
Customer Training – Understand each customer’s goals and challenges. Recommend the right training to boost their skills so they can get the most out of our software and succeed faster.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 4 years prior sales experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Sales Experience – You have experience in sales, especially in prospecting and growing accounts through digital channels.
Proven Results – You’ve consistently met or exceeded revenue targets and sales goals.
Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment and work well with others.
Strong Communicator – You’re confident in both written and spoken communication, with sharp digital skills and attention to detail.
Customer-First Mindset – You focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Being responsive and collaborative is key.

Language Skills – You’re fluent in English and French at a business level (C1 French required).
