FP&A Manager, Manufacturing — Athenry, Ireland
Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities in our Manufacturing plant in Athenry. The role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making, supporting senior leadership with insights, and ensuring financial targets are met.
Where You Come In
Responsibilities
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
* Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
* Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Partner with department heads to understand financial drivers and improve cost efficiency
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and board presentations
* Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments
* Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and planning tools
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies (SOX, GAAP)
* Oversee the FP&A team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards; coordinate cross-functional projects
* Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
* Perform additional duties as assigned
What Makes You Successful
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects

Experience And Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
* 2-5 years of management or lead experience
* Recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
* 8–12 years of industry experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* 3–5 years of FP&A experience
Travel: 5%–10%
