Excellent opportunity for a Senior Chemist to join a Leading Medical Devices company in Galway on a 12 month contract. The Senior Chemist will support critical New Product Development (NPD) projects.
Overview of your responsibilities:
Oversee dissolution/elution (USP APPII/VII), chromatography, and analytical test method development & validation
Plan and deliver project activities independently to meet timelines
Write technical reports and validation documents
Guide and update cross-functional teams across sites
Lead lab investigations, identify root cause, and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvements to reduce lead times & costs
Support training, audits, and regulatory submissions
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
Life Sciences Degree in Chemistry or related field
Experience with Chromatography, and analytical test method development & validation
An experienced professional with strong analytical and regulatory background
