Now, they're on the hunt for a talented Group Marketing Executive to help shape the next chapter of their growth story.

This role requires an experienced marketing leader with strong operational and strategic capabilities to manage marketing execution, optimise workflows, and drive performance across digital and creative functions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, project management, and digital expertise to enhance marketing effectiveness across multiple channels and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Marketing Operations:Manage project systems, resource allocation, internal workflows, and streamline campaign execution and approvals.
2. Drive Digital Marketing Strategy: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and tracking digital performance.
3. Develop Marketing Dashboards & KPIs:Ensure clear reporting on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
4. Support UX/UI and Audience Strategy:Assist in UX/UI design and contribute to audience segmentation, content planning, and messaging.
5. Lead Creative & Digital Teams:Oversee asset development across formats, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and quality in execution.
6. Manage Multi-Channel Campaign Assets: Deliver a variety of materials including brochures, displays, packaging, SEO content, and digital campaigns.
7. Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance support to build a high-functioning marketing team.
8. Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution and traffic management.
9. Utilise Marketing Tools & Automation: Leverage platforms like HubSpot and Monday.com for workflow, content, and performance management.
10. Monitor and Report Key Metrics:Track campaign ROI, engagement, lead generation, web/social analytics, budget adherence, and brand awareness.
