We're seeking an experienced
Senior BMS Project Manager
to lead large-scale
data centre projects
from concept to completion.
This is a high-impact role where you'll manage complex building automation systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of
end-to-end delivery
for major BMS projects in the data centre sector.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and risk plans for projects valued at €2M–€4M.
Oversee
financial performance
, including P&L, forecasting, and margin analysis.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive success.
Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
Provide clear, proactive reporting to internal leadership and clients.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience
(5+ years) managing complex construction or building services projects.
Strong track record delivering
data centre projects
or other mission-critical environments.
Expertise in project controls, contracts, and safety legislation.
Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willingness to travel across Ireland, UK, and Nordics ******%).
Preferred Skills
BMS platform experience (Metasys, Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
