Hotel Leadership Opportunity:
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our four-star hotel in Co Wexford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining exceptional service standards across all departments
* Establishing and maintaining efficient operating procedures throughout the hotel
* Driving cost control and profit growth through effective operational management
* Fostering a culture of excellence among staff members to achieve set objectives
* Leading the business with a forward-thinking approach, ensuring sound conduct and positive management practices
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience as General Manager of a similar property, with brand experience being advantageous. They should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing hotel budgets, showcasing excellent market knowledge and competitive awareness.
