Residential Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of residential housing developments across various locations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management and coordination skills.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing residential construction projects from site set-up through to completion and handover. They will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, including subcontractors, direct labour, plant, materials, and logistics.
The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards, and in line with company procedures. They will also promote a positive site culture focused on safety, quality teamwork productivity. -----------------------------------
