Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned Health and Safety Professional with a strong track record in developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies. This individual will have expertise in the ISO 45001 framework and be well-versed in HSE legislation and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a robust health and safety management system across our organization.
2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop safe systems of work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Deliver staff training and coaching on health and safety best practices, including manual handling and PPE use.
Requirements:
* Essential qualifications include a relevant degree or higher diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, along with at least three years' experience in a similar role.
* Desirable qualifications include experience managing health and safety across multiple sites and familiarity with transport safety and warehousing environments.
