Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery of construction projects within budget and quality parameters.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software, tracking and updating project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying and reporting deviations from the plan, and facilitating regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource management, as well as proficiency in scheduling software and knowledge of key project management principles.
