Connect Install Ltd is a Dublin based installation services business established in 2022, working across Ireland. The company has a ten-crew strong team with highly trained and certified installers who are experienced in a variety of projects including Signage, Displays, Modular Systems, Awnings, Pergolas, Roof Systems, FF&E, Carpentry, POS, Vinyl's, Acoustic's, Whiteboards, Painting/Wallpapering and more.
Continued growth of our company means we have opportunities for Installers who have experience in the installation industry to join our busy team. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, confident, and professional as the role demands working to our high standards with a variety of installation projects within agreed timeframes.
What we are looking for:
· Read and understand plans, drawings, and instructions to carry out required work for both as part of a team or independently.
· Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in line with the industry standards, training and Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure best practice for yourself, your team, and the client.
· Be prepared for ongoing communication with colleagues and clients as we believe this is key to our success especially where the employee communicates challenges or concerns to the relevant person enabling the team to work together to resolve.
· Maintain the safety & security of any company vehicle, tools or equipment assigned to you, ensuring to report any damage, faults, or requirements to your supervisor.
· Have a creative eye with strong attention to detail and excellent problems solving skills.
· Comfortable using scheduling & job card software and experience uploading reports, supporting documents and relevant communication.
· Possess a valid Irish or EU driver's license and a willingness to work at a variety of sites and travel across Ireland.
· Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for projects as required.
· If you are an EU/EEA national, you will be asked to show proof of right to work in Ireland e.g. showing your employer a copy of your passport. If you are a non-EU/EEA national, you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland.
Qualifications:
Ideally hold a current Safe Pass, Mewp and relevant industry certification.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience in aspects of signage, vinyl, graphic or other installation within the signage or construction industry.
Fully knowledgeable in Workplace Health & Safety with First Aid Training Certification desirable.

This is a full time contract based in Dublin working at sites across Ireland. Probation Period: 6-month probation period applies.
