Ideally you will already have automotive sales experience, however, applications are welcome from those with a background in Sales from another industry, as training will be provided.
What we are looking for in a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage busy workload and multiple customers.
Must be self-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality.
Ability to sell a variety of add-on products.
Familiarity with dealership finance process and DMS experience is highly advantageous.
A large part of the Commercial Sales Executive position involves:
At Western Motors we strive for loyal customers, so maintaining positive customer relationships is a priority. Managing customer relationships, including keeping in regular contact at all stages of the buying process, must be a focus of the Commercial Sales Executive.
Prospecting for new customers by the various traditional and digital channels.
Utilising and converting leads give by our in-house marketing department and lead management system.
Qualifying customers needs and data capture.
Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis.
Co-ordinating sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical departments.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Keeping abreast of products, updates, industry news and trends and competitor activity.
Manage own KPI’s set by both Western Motors and Volkswagens Commercial Vehicles and report weekly to Brand Manager/Head of Sales
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. 5 days across Monday to Saturday.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience with excellent commission and bonus package. Company vehicle. Pension scheme. Volkswagen Group Training.
