Job Description:
Synopsis: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Analyst to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-hand software/application support for users of our web-based systems.
The primary objective is to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality technical assistance and resolve customer issues in an efficient manner.
Minimum 6-12 months experience in software/product support environment with ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause analysis, and provide step-by-step technical help when required.
Tech skills around code debugging (.NET), server/network connectivity (understanding protocols like TCP, HTTP etc), database issues (SQL) with bonus points for exposure to Azure Services.
