Job Title: Project Engineer Lead
In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily quality inspection of projects on-site. Your primary objective will be to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure timely completion within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage site engineers and collaborate with the Site Agent and supervisors in the day-to-day management of the project
* To support the Site Agent in delivering exceptional health, safety, environmental, and quality performance
* To oversee quality control processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of specifications and DWI requirements
* To provide technical assistance to overcome any technical difficulties that may arise and answer technical queries promptly
* To take a proactive approach in resolving unexpected issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Requirements:
You should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects ideally within the water sector.
The ideal candidate should have strong planning skills along with excellent delegation abilities. They must hold an appropriate CSCS / CSR card valid at all times throughout employment.
